Human in the Age of AI

A journey from thinking to doing, and from doing to being.

Success is no longer only about thinking faster, doing more, or staying ahead. It is about developing the capacity to be present, to feel, to connect, to create, and to choose consciously.

This is an invitation to return to yourself — to express who you truly are, create from a place of alignment, and participate more fully in your own life.

You will move beyond over-control, constant striving, and survival patterns that once helped you succeed, you will reconnect with your embodied self, regulate your stress responses, and release the armor built through years of achievement.

Because the future will not only be shaped by smarter technology.

It will also be shaped by the humans who create, use, and live alongside it.

Humans who are not only productive, but present.

Not only capable, but connected.

Not only thinking, but feeling.

Not only adapting to the world, but consciously participating in shaping it.

Humans who remain alive to the experience of being human.

If you choose to participate more fully in your own life — to reconnect your mind and body, understand and change your patterns, and create from a place of greater presence and alignment — this is where we begin.

Book a discovery call and explore what this journey could look like for you.

Why This Matters

"Why are we here? What's the meaning of life? (42) What is? What is life asking of us?"

These are among the few profound philosophical questions that have accompanied humanity for centuries. My answers to them continue to evolve, but what remains constant is my curiosity and my commitment to exploring what is possible.

I deeply resonate with the idea that we have the ability to take agency in our own lives — to consciously engage with ourselves, our choices, and the way we meet the world.

To meet it with curiosity rather than certainty. To remain open instead of becoming rigid. To keep redefining ourselves as we grow, change, and encounter new experiences. Life is not a destination where we finally arrive as a "finished" version of ourselves. It is an ongoing conversation between who we have been, who we are becoming, and what each new moment asks of us.

Yet many of us gradually lose the capacity to fully participate.

We become excellent at functioning. We achieve, solve problems, care for others and keep everything moving. We think, analyse, and plan. From the outside, we appear capable and successful.

But somewhere along the way, we stop feeling fully alive.

We disconnect from our bodies, our emotions, our creativity, our intuition and, often, from ourselves.

My Mission

My mission is to help people reclaim their capacity to fully participate in life — not by becoming someone else, but by returning to themselves.

In a changing world, we don't need to abandon our intelligence. We need to integrate it with embodied awareness.

Thinking alone is no longer enough. We need to develop a deeper relationship with ourselves — the ability to feel, sense, regulate, connect, and respond consciously rather than simply react.

Many people have already explored self-development through reflection, mindset work, coaching, or talk-based approaches. These tools can create powerful insights, but sometimes understanding something intellectually is not enough to create lasting change.

By coming closer to yourself, with full awareness and feeling:

  • You become more able to love deeply without losing yourself.
  • You create instead of simply consuming.
  • You express what is true instead of constantly adapting.
  • You make decisions even when certainty is impossible, and set boundaries without guilt.
  • You experience closeness without abandoning yourself — to play, laugh, dance, rest, and be moved by beauty.
  • You welcome both joy and grief as part of a fully lived life.
  • You stop watching your life from the outside.
  • You stop living only in your head.
  • You stop postponing your life until everything feels under control.
  • You begin to participate and co-create.
  • To participate fully in life means more than simply getting through our days. It means recognising that we are not separate from the world we live in. We are constantly shaping it through the way we show up, the choices we make, the relationships we build, and the energy we bring into our communities.

The Synergy of Mind and Body

I combine coaching, breathwork.

Coaching helps you bring awareness to the stories, assumptions, and patterns shaping your life. Breathwork helps access your deep knowing and process on much more connected way. Together, they create the conditions for lasting change — not because they fix you, but because they help you reconnect with your own inner resources.

My role is not to tell you who you should become. It is to create a space where you can hear yourself more clearly, trust yourself more deeply, and meet life with greater openness, courage, and presence.

***

To have the courage to express ourselves and contribute something meaningful.
To approach life with curiosity instead of certainty. To know ourselves more deeply.

About Me

One of the songs that stayed with me from a young age was “It’s My Life” by Bon Jovi — especially the line: “It’s my life, it’s now or never.”

Those words resonated deeply because I learned early that life is both fragile and precious. After losing my mother at a young age, I experienced the depth of grief and the many ways loss can change our relationship with life. At the same time, I witnessed the power of resilience through my father’s conscious, loving, and steady presence. He showed me that even in difficult moments, we still have the ability to choose how we meet life.

This question has stayed with me ever since:
What is life? How do we not simply move through life, but truly participate in it?

Growing up as a child in a small Polish village, surrounded mostly by people and experiences that felt familiar, I developed a strong curiosity about the wider world. Books, stories, and media became my window into other cultures, places, and ways of living. They sparked a desire to explore beyond what I knew — to understand different perspectives, meet different people, and experience life outside the boundaries of my own environment.

That curiosity eventually led me to live abroad and become part of international communities. As a student, moving between different countries and sharing everyday life with people from different backgrounds felt natural. I found it easy to connect, adapt, laugh, learn, and create a sense of belonging across cultures.

Arriving in Zurich, however, showed me another side of living abroad. Building connection in a city that can sometimes feel more reserved and distant was a different experience. It challenged me to explore questions that have become central to my work: What allows people to feel connected? What helps us create belonging? How do we remain open when our environment does not immediately mirror our own way of relating?

These questions continue to shape the way I see people, relationships, and life itself.

Grief Support

Grief isn't a problem to solve; It’s a process to move through - at your own pace, in your own way. It can be loud, numb, or even show up as anger, exhaustion or overworking. Having navigated my own grief since childhood, I offer a heart-centered, non-therapeutic approach that honors your unique experience.

Through integrative coaching and breathwork, we’ll create a space where you can meet your emotions safely, release what’s held in the body, begin to integrate your loss and move forward with meaning.

My foundation is built on both personal experience and specialized training. I participated in Hope Edelman’s Motherless Daughters circles and completed my further grief coaching education through an ICF-accredited From Grief to Gratitude program.

Pain doesn’t always fade, but we can learn to hold it differently, grow around it, and live fully again.

How

I combine coaching and breathwork to create a grounded, integrative process that helps you reconnect with yourself — not just mentally, but physically and emotionally.

We start by slowing down and creating space for what’s really going on beneath the surface. Whether you’re navigating grief, burnout, or a major life transition, I support you in releasing the tension and protective patterns that no longer serve you.

We work with both the mind and the body:

  • Coaching brings clarity, direction, and gentle accountability. Through deep, well-placed questions, I help you access insight and shift perspectives without judgment or pressure.
  • Breathwork supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with your body.

My approach is trauma-informed, non-therapeutic, and practical. It’s designed for high-functioning, thoughtful people who are used to holding it all together — but are ready to soften, feel again, and lead from their inner strength.

Through this work, you’ll learn to:

  • Regulate your nervous system
  • Release stored emotional tension from the body
  • Access your inner clarity and sense of self
  • Make decisions that are not just logical, but deeply aligned

This is not about fixing you. It’s about walking you back home to yourself — with gentleness, honesty, and space to just be.

Pretty & Angry Girls Club

It is a space we co-create.

Pretty and Angry Girls Club is a series of group gatherings, both in-person and online, where we come together to meet one of the most misunderstood emotions: ANGER.

Here, we don’t push it away or try to fix it. We embrace it. We use it and transform it together.

You belong here whether you're simmering, silent, or explosive under anger. This is a space to remain fully yourself, in all your fire and softness.

We explore how anger can become a source of strength, clarity, and connection instead of something we repress or carry alone.

Expect a lively, laid-back atmosphere.

We draw from each other’s skills and expressions. You'll experience sessions that include elements of improv theatre, movement and dance, painting, boxing and more — all designed to help you process and channel your emotions in empowering, embodied ways.

And yes, you might as well meet new friends here.

This is a place where fierceness meets fun, and where your emotions have full permission to be seen and felt without judgment.

You’re not too much or too little here. You're just in time and fully welcomed. 🔥
