Human in the Age of AI

A journey from thinking to doing, and from doing to being.

Success is no longer only about thinking faster, doing more, or staying ahead. It is about developing the capacity to be present, to feel, to connect, to create, and to choose consciously.

Moving beyond over-control, constant striving, and survival patterns that once helped you succeed, you will reconnect with your embodied self, regulate your stress responses, and release the armor built through years of achievement.

This is an invitation to return to yourself, to express who you truly are, create from a place of alignment, and participate more fully in your own life.

Because the future does not only need smarter technology. It needs more conscious humans.

Why This Matters

"Why are we here, and what is life asking of us?"

These are among the few profound philosophical questions that have accompanied humanity for centuries. My answers to them continue to evolve, but what remains constant is my curiosity and my commitment to exploring what is possible.

I deeply resonate with the idea that we have the ability to take agency in our own lives — to consciously engage with ourselves, our choices, and the way we meet the world. We are here to participate in life.

To meet it with curiosity rather than certainty. To remain open instead of becoming rigid. To keep redefining ourselves as we grow, change, and encounter new experiences. Life is not a destination where we finally arrive as a "finished" version of ourselves. It is an ongoing conversation between who we have been, who we are becoming, and what each new moment asks of us.

Yet many of us gradually lose the capacity to fully participate.

We become excellent at functioning. We achieve, solve problems, care for others and keep everything moving. We think, analyse, and plan. From the outside, we appear capable and successful.

But somewhere along the way, we stop feeling fully alive.

We disconnect from our bodies, our emotions, our creativity, our intuition and, often, from ourselves.

My Mission

That is why I do this work.

I help people reclaim their capacity to fully participate in life — not by becoming someone else, but by returning to themselves.

Because when you feel safe in your body, your capacity for life naturally expands:

  • You become more able to love deeply without losing yourself.
  • To create instead of simply consuming.
  • To express what is true instead of constantly adapting.
  • To make decisions even when certainty is impossible, and set boundaries without guilt.
  • To experience closeness without abandoning yourself — to play, laugh, dance, rest, and be moved by beauty.
  • To welcome both joy and grief as part of a fully lived life.

You stop watching your life from the outside.

You stop living only in your head.

You stop postponing your life until everything feels under control.

Instead, you begin to participate.

The Synergy of Mind and Body

This is why I combine coaching and somatic breathwork.

Coaching helps you bring awareness to the stories, assumptions, and patterns shaping your life. Breathwork helps your body integrate what your mind already understands. Together, they create the conditions for lasting change — not because they fix you, but because they help you reconnect with your own inner resources.

My role is not to tell you who you should become. It is to create a space where you can hear yourself more clearly, trust yourself more deeply, and meet life with greater openness, courage, and presence.

The Core Goal

I don't believe the goal is to become a better performer.
I believe the goal is to become a fuller participant in your own life.

About Me

One of the songs that stayed with me from a young age was "It's My Life" by Bon Jovi—especially the line: "It's my life, it's now or never." Those words resonated deeply because I learned early on how fragile and precious life truly is. After losing my mother at a young age, I witnessed both the weight of grief and the beauty of resilience through my father’s conscious, loving and steady presence. His strength taught me that even in difficult situations, we can choose to live fully, intentionally, and with heart.

Today, I support high-functioning women who have built successful lives, yet feel secretly exhausted, running on low batteries, or disconnected from their true vitality. Many of the women I work with carry immense talent, depth, and unused creative energy that has been sidelined by constant busyness and performance. My work combines practical coaching, somatic practices, and breathwork to help you recharge your system, quiet the mental chatter, and tap back into the rich reservoir of intuition, creativity, and clarity already within you.

I deeply understand the demands of modern performance. Alongside my practice, I work as an HR Business Partner in global corporate environments in Zurich, Switzerland. Having spent over a decade navigating academia, tech startups, and corporate structures, I know firsthand how easy it is to trade personal alignment for professional achievement—and how much brilliance gets lost when we stay in survival mode.

My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply resourceful. With a background in Philosophy, I bring a keen curiosity to our sessions, using powerful questions to help you cut through the noise, reframe old patterns, and access your own inner wisdom. I don't see you as someone who needs to be "fixed"—I see you as a complete, highly capable person ready to reclaim your full capacity, clear internal blocks, and design a life that actually feels good to live.

My own path has been wonderfully non-linear: I hold degrees in Business Management and Intercultural Communication, studied Philosophy, completed a full-stack coding bootcamp, and lived across different cultures. Through it all, my favorite thing has always been connecting deeply with people (I like to joke it’s an only-child trait!). Whether you're navigating a major transition, feeling burnt out, or simply looking for a more grounded way to live and work, you are warmly welcomed here. I’d love to connect with you.

Why To Work With Me?

This work might be a good fit if...

  • You're ready to stop merely understanding yourself and start experiencing life differently.
  • You're willing to look honestly at the patterns that no longer serve you.
  • You're curious about what your body has been trying to tell you.
  • You're open to exploring both your mind and your nervous system—not just collecting more insights.
  • You're tired of surviving on autopilot and want to reconnect with yourself.
  • You're ready to take responsibility for your life without blaming yourself for where you are.
  • You want your decisions to come from clarity rather than fear, habit or external expectations.
  • You're prepared to experiment, practise and integrate what you discover between our sessions.
  • You don't expect quick fixes: you want meaningful, lasting change.

Grief Support

Grief isn't a problem to solve; It’s a process to move through - at your own pace, in your own way. It can be loud, numb, or even show up as anger, exhaustion or overworking. Having navigated my own grief since childhood, I offer a heart-centered, non-therapeutic approach that honors your unique experience.

Through integrative coaching and breathwork, we’ll create a space where you can meet your emotions safely, release what’s held in the body, begin to integrate your loss and move forward with meaning.

My foundation is built on both personal experience and specialized training. I participated in Hope Edelman’s Motherless Daughters circles and completed my further grief coaching education through an ICF-accredited From Grief to Gratitude program.

Pain doesn’t always fade, but we can learn to hold it differently, grow around it, and live fully again.

How

I combine coaching and breathwork to create a grounded, integrative process that helps you reconnect with yourself — not just mentally, but physically and emotionally.

We start by slowing down and creating space for what’s really going on beneath the surface. Whether you’re navigating grief, burnout, or a major life transition, I support you in releasing the tension and protective patterns that no longer serve you.

We work with both the mind and the body:

  • Coaching brings clarity, direction, and gentle accountability. Through deep, well-placed questions, I help you access insight and shift perspectives without judgment or pressure.
  • Breathwork supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with your body. It’s not about performance — it’s about presence.

My approach is trauma-informed, non-therapeutic, and practical. It’s designed for high-functioning, thoughtful people who are used to holding it all together — but are ready to soften, feel again, and lead from their inner strength.

Through this work, you’ll learn to:

  • Regulate your nervous system
  • Release stored emotional tension from the body
  • Access your inner clarity and sense of self
  • Make decisions that are not just logical, but deeply aligned

This is not about fixing you. It’s about walking you back home to yourself — with gentleness, honesty, and space to just be.

Pretty & Angry Girls Club

It is a space we co-create.

Pretty and Angry Girls Club is a series of group gatherings, both in-person and online, where we come together to meet one of the most misunderstood emotions: ANGER.

Here, we don’t push it away or try to fix it. We embrace it. We use it and transform it together.

You belong here whether you're simmering, silent, or explosive under anger. This is a space to remain fully yourself, in all your fire and softness.

We explore how anger can become a source of strength, clarity, and connection instead of something we repress or carry alone.

Expect a lively, laid-back atmosphere.

We draw from each other’s skills and expressions. You'll experience sessions that include elements of improv theatre, movement and dance, painting, boxing and more — all designed to help you process and channel your emotions in empowering, embodied ways.

And yes, you might as well meet new friends here.

This is a place where fierceness meets fun, and where your emotions have full permission to be seen and felt without judgment.

You’re not too much or too little here. You're just in time and fully welcomed. 🔥
