A guided space for people who want to create
something that matters to them.

You may have a successful career. You may be building a business. You may be working behind a bar, in a bank, in a studio or in an office. Your profession does not define your creative capacity.

Maybe you want to write a book. Paint. Make music. Build something. Start a project. Explore an idea. Create a community. Or simply make more room for the part of you that wants to express itself.

Just Practice is a space to explore that impulse — and turn it into something real.

Just Practice

A guided space to explore
what you want to create next.

You don't need another course telling you what to do. And you don't have to figure everything out on your own.

The Just Practice is a group experience for people who are ready to step back from the everyday, explore what matters now, and consciously shape what comes next. It is a space to think, reflect, experiment and learn with others — with guidance, structure and enough room to find your own answers.

Inside the practice

What happens inside
the Practice

Over the course of the programme, you will:

Join guided group coaching sessions
Come with the questions, tensions or possibilities that are alive for you. We explore them together through powerful questions, reflection and conversation — without being told what you should do.

Work between sessions
Short exercises and practical experiments help you take the conversation beyond the call and notice what changes when you start trying things differently in your everyday life.

Learn from other people's perspectives
You don't have to be in the same situation to benefit from someone else's experience. The group becomes a source of perspective, recognition and new ways of seeing your own situation.

Reconnect with your own experience
Alongside thinking and conversation, we work with emotions, body awareness and felt sense — because sometimes you can understand something intellectually without yet knowing how to live it.

Turn reflection into movement
The purpose isn't simply to gain more insight. It is to use what you discover to make conscious choices and begin creating something different in your actual life.

Is this you?

Capable.
Thoughtful.
At a crossroads.

You may have a life that looks good on paper and still feel uncertain about the next move. More analysis is not necessarily giving you more clarity.

01

You have done the research.

You know the facts. The difficult part is deciding what matters most.

02

You want to look honestly.

At expectations, patterns, emotions, assumptions and the life behind the decision.

03

You want change you can live.

Not just an intellectually convincing answer — but a choice that aligns with who you are becoming and what you want to create next.

Ways in

Begin where you are.

Different people arrive with different questions. The work begins by understanding what matters now.

Embodied Choice Journey · 16 weeks

The space between
knowing and choosing and creating.

01 · Notice

See what is happening. Clarify what matters and what the real options are.

02 · Integrate

Build the capacity to stay present with uncertainty, pressure, emotion and old patterns.

03 · Choose

Make a conscious choice — and learn to live it when reality pushes back.

04 · Create

Move from choice into action. Turn insight into lived experience.

The choice is only the beginning. The decision opens the creative space.Explore the Journey

The method

Make room for the whole decision.

Your rational mind is not the only source of information. We bring different kinds of information into the same conversation — without giving any one of them absolute authority.

What I know

Facts, constraints, practical reality.

What I think

Assumptions, beliefs and conditioning.

What I feel

Emotions, desires, fear and excitement.

What my body says

Somatic response, tension, openness and capacity.

What I choose

A conscious decision — including the trade-offs I am willing to make.

When thinking has taken you as far as it can.

Somatic breathwork · 90 min

Work with what your mind cannot think its way through.

We live in a world that still rewards analysis, speed and problem-solving. And thinking is powerful — until the answers stop coming. Somatic breathwork offers another pathway into awareness: through the body, sensation and present-moment experience. It supports you in noticing patterns, reconnecting with yourself and accessing insights that may not emerge through reflection alone. A standalone experience or a complementary practice.

Where you want to be

Career“Should I take the promotion if I don't want the life that comes with it?”

Home“Should I stay, move, buy, rent — or keep my options open?”

Direction“I've achieved what I planned. What do I actually want now?”

Change“Something needs to shift. I just don't know what yet.”

About Justyna

Strategic perspective.
Human depth.

I bring a background in global corporate HR, intercultural communication and strategic business partnering together with coaching and somatic breathwork.

I work with capable people who are used to figuring things out — and who sometimes reach a point where more analysis is no longer enough.

My role is to create a rigorous, confidential space in which you can think clearly, notice what is influencing you, and choose deliberately.

Before you book

Questions, answered.

Can you help me decide what to do?

I will not decide for you. We can examine the facts, trade-offs, assumptions, values and your response to the options so you can make a choice you genuinely own.

What if I don't know what I want yet?

That is a valid starting point. We can begin by clarifying what has changed, what matters now and what you want to pay attention to next.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching and somatic work, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. The work is present-focused, forward-facing and non-therapeutic.

Do I need to do breathwork?

No. Breathwork is an optional modality and is used only when appropriate. Coaching can stand on its own.
